RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Extended Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase for all electronic products. Our warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures, within the 90-day period, and does not include cosmetic damages, general wear and tear, or accidental/liquid damages.

Your warranty does not cover failures resulting from accidents or misuse.

Warranty for these products will be void if there are any obvious signs of external damage or misuse.

If your product exceeds our 90-day warranty period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as most electrical products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year.

Changed Your Mind?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days after purchase.

If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, the returned products should be sealed in their original packaging and unopened. If the value of the item(s) you wish to return exceeds £50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the items you return.

Once the seal of electronic liquids is broken, we cannot accept them.

Lost Items

If you find any items missing from your order, we strongly advise you to double-check the entire order and inspect all corners of the box and the packaging materials used. Missing items are often found within the original packaging.

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving any order errors or shortages.

If you indeed confirm missing items from your order, we will need to conduct a thorough internal investigation. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and disputing with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days to complete the investigation before sending any replacement items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive items damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will advise you on the next steps, as your goods may qualify for replacement or refund.

Damaged and defective items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team.

If returned items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide a partial refund based on our assessment.

If there are signs of cosmetic or accidental damage, we may refuse the return and return the item to you.

Buyers are responsible for any damages caused during transit due to improper packaging. We recommend taking photos before sending returns.

We do not accept returns for clearance products, and our warranty does not apply to these items.

Where applicable, we will attempt to repair defective products before resending. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or refund.

The inspection of products and reaching a resolution may take up to 7 days.

If the product is found to be defect-free after testing, we reserve the right to resend the product in its original condition.

We strongly advise inspecting the product before returning it to us.

We will carefully inspect the products you return to us. If there is indeed an issue, we will process the refund for you, otherwise, we will reject it. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Refund

If we need to refund defective, returned, or missing items, our primary option is to issue you a voucher that you can redeem online on your next order.

Alternatively, we can refund the amount to your original payment account; please note that this process may take up to 5 working days to complete.

Please note that refunds for orders paid via bank transfer will only be issued in the form of a gift card.

Gift card balances must be used within six months from the date of issue.
